On Saturday, March 3rd:

       Talking to the LordI live through the day and do my daily chores
I kneel by my bed at night and talk to the Lord
I thank Him for the sunshine and the friendly smiles
I share with Him a list I have mentally compiled

I tell Him of the goodness others have shown to me
I ask Him to look after them and their families
I tell him about those who are in need of help
I ask Him to show me how I can help them myself

I tell Him I will look for the best in those I meet
Whether I meet them in church or upon the street
I tell Him I will try to be more mild and meek
I will try to love my enemy and turn the other cheek

I tell Him where I might have gone astray
I promise Him that I will mend my ways
I tell him of the troubles on earth down here below
But most of all, I tell Him how much I love Him so

On Monday, March 5th, let us pray together for:

  1. Archangel Revelations:  Pray that God helps His persecuted servants earthwide, is merciful and forgiving to them, provides, strengthens, guides and blesses them daily.

Ashley: 1.Have a fun-filled time with lots of laughter and genuine conversation 2. bonding with key people who will be instrumental these next few years (both peer and mentor) 3.truly enjoy time with Elizabeth and Macy 4. ability to stay calm/cool/collected while interviewing (find favor with interview panel, esp John) 5. plenty of joyful “run-ins” with other people, a good mix of people from different places 6. good interaction with ex-boyfriend (not awkward, no avoidance, truly friendly, smooth and natural – all of which leads to a healthy friendship), IF appropriate, short/one-on-one to help get past awkward stage and move forward/no regret/no anger/no resentment/purely genuine 7. confidence to walk alone if the time comes to do so – not feeling insecure or the “need” to be with a friend – truly okay with meeting new people/starting conversations with strangers and ability to move the conversation along when it drops off (quick conversation prompts that are well received and responded to) 8. others to see the “real” Ashley and find favor, confidence not cocky demeanor as she moves about campus with a genuine appreciation and excitement to see and visit with many different people 9. quick recollection of names and points of connection 10.        Prayer For Healing

Dear Almighty God,

Lift us up for Your blessings today.  We pray that You will anoint us with strength and self care. We pray that You will grace us with patience and wisdom.  We pray that You will encourage us throughout the day to take the correct steps to walk proudly and behave well.

Bless those with broken hearts and broken lives with healing.  Change their circumstances and cause peace and prosperity to come to them.  Thank You for being with us through thick and thin, in the best of times and in the most challenging times.  You are our rock, our fortress, our everything.

You never forsake us.  You were with us at the start and You will be there at the end.  Let compassion be our guide as we offer help and healing with only our presence and our prayers. Through Jesus Christ Name.  Amen

Dear Lord, I don't know who or what will cross my path today. But I do know that You are my Rock and my Fortress. You are my Shield and my Strong Tower. Help me to anchor myself to You today. Teach me how to stand strong in You and choose only Your way today. Help me walk by Your truth and not my feelings. Help me to embrace anything that comes my way as an opportunity to see You at work and as an opportunity to point others to You. Thank You that You love me and nothing can ever take that away from me! Even if I fail today and fall short, You whisper Your unconditional love deep into my soul and remind me that Your mercies are new every morning. That truly amazes me, Lord. Thank You for meeting with me today. Would You wake me again tomorrow with the same sweet whisper of Your love? I can't wait to meet with You again. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
